This two-storey summer house in Lagonissi, perched on a hill with stunning views, is a revitalized gem from the 1980s. Originally a simple, abandoned structure reminiscent of traditional summer homes in the area, it featured a square plan on both floors with perimetric balconies. The proposed redesign transforms the house into a modern architectural marvel, resembling a 3D grid. This new design connects the balconies in all dimensions with beams and pergolas, creating a dynamic and cohesive structure. The house will be divided into two distinct residences, one on each floor, each enjoying expansive views and enhanced outdoor living spaces. Additionally, a shared pool on the ground floor provides a refreshing retreat for both households, blending the charm of the original structure with contemporary aesthetics and functionality.
